Back to Reality

Hi blog, long time no see!Ok so today got back promos results. Honestly my grades kinda suck. Although yeah I can pretend to be happy and content and whatever, but that's really just my natural defense mechanism preventing myself from emo-ing. With this kind of grades I'm never going to get anywhere.
And the saddest part is that I actually put in effort. So now I am wondering if I didnt put in ENOUGH effort, or is it that I am not going about it the right way. Haiz I havent told my parents yet, although they probably wont say anything but it's not very nice la.
Physics: as usual screwed up. Need to figure out what is it that went wrong. Why is it that my supposed "mugging" didnt work out in the end...
Econs: also screwed up. If I got this grade for CTs I would have been damn happy. But now the prob is that everyone else improved and I didn't.
Math: ok la. At least it gave me the single A to make my overall grades look nicer. -_-
CLL: compo sucked unexpectedly. compre sucked more than normal. paper2 got improve from last time but some questions still barely passed. somehow averaged a B so i guess is ok la.
GP: compre sucked ttm. failed like siao. compo got damn high i also dunno why. so well, shows that this subject is capable of totally unexpected results. :X
And ok so aside from results, which are very haiz, I just got back from Tokyo! :) IT was awesomely fun and I learnt a lot. Maybe not so much to do with content, but more like the exposure to reality. Haha I was glad that the other youth delegates were so much older and more experienced than us, cos that meant that they really had a lot to share and I learnt ever so much through them. Thanks so much! :)
And of course, there was awesome food. Posh hotel. :O 4 of us crashing one hotel room at night and having a lot of fun doing random stuff. Walking down shopping districts taking photos cos it was late and a lot of shops were closed. And we had no money. :P There were a lot of fun, random, exciting things that happened. Great experience. :) Standing outside a japanese shrine discussing history and international politics from 11pm-1am ftw!
Hmm and so now life is back to boring school, PW and blah. Feeling a bit lost yeah. Tired. Feels like a rubber band that's been stretched to the max. But well, maybe it's just cos it's getting late and i AM really tired.
Haha so well i shall end this post here. The post was kinda boring i realised. :P
