Haha yes yes i know my blog is very dead, as yunan has kindly pointed out on my tagboard. Aiya too lazy to post...even though i have felt the urge to post several times. :P I thought that by not blogging i would save some time to do things that are actually useful. But well that kind of didn't work. :(

Anyway today was RJCO prac!!! Haha dazu was very fail, as expected. Bingliang's sleeping beauty waltz is soooo weird sightreading was like -_-. Nevertheless shall work hard and attempt to work out the notes and fingerings at home. Plus I HATE Bb DIAO. Why does feitian and this song both have to be in such a horrible terrible despicable diao??? (Oh but feitian is getting better. Though it may be because hubert finally realised that we cannot keep up with his previously crazy speed and thus slowed down to accomodate us.) I think laozhou deserves our pity...

Haha after prac we had our "informal bonding session" cos our orientation (which was supposed to be today i think) apparently got postponed to like next week or the week after. Haha we sat around in the canteen "waiting for tienli's parents". *cough cough* And we played the superhero game :D and the MRT game (so glad i didn't sit near tienli and weiyi *phew*) and the cross-hands-and-tap-dunno-how-to-describe game (haha yiheng says he is lousy at this game but actually i think he is super pro lor!!!). After tienli's parents "arrived" we took group photo (failed attempts to pose as superheroes) and then proceeded on the j8 for lunch.

After lunch we played a whole lot of games too. Haha at first jiahe, weiyi and i got high on our own esp when we had to do forfeits after losing the thumb game. I had to do the batch dance! And weiyi's "strip dance" was chao fail... -_- After that everyone played together. We played the cross-hands-and-tap-... game, sng zheng's boom boom chucky chucky game, and two (really weird) versions of polar bear. Haha the same few ppl keep ending up doing forfeits. :P And we realised how impossibly slow jiayu can be...though i do think that he got better after a while. Btw empathy goes out to all fellow "prostitutes" for the second polar bear game, ie yiheng, weiyi and patrick. >< I think the iced banana was quite fun though. :P And wenyun started being OCD about the cards or something. O.o

So...we ended at like 4pm+ and went to eat ice cream at macs. Ok so we couldnt find a seat at macs and ended up standing beside the escalator. Haha. Took train home with the suona guy kah khang (dunno how to spell...btw he is in celeste's class!!!) and the zhongruan/daruan guy shao wei (who miraculously lives in the same condo as me for roughly the same amount of time...and our blocks are like opposite each other i walk past his house like every single time i go home!!!).

Haha ok so yeah i think the rjco j1 batch bonded very well today. I hope we get to like do fun stuff again in the future...cos dazu is so totally demoralising. Though i do enjoy playing in an orchestra again...(misses rgco!!!). Next wed will have prac again till 8.30pm!!! Haha we can haunt the eerily dark school compound with our crazy singing and screaming again!

Oh my voice died cos of excessive yelling/cheering during orientation, then the singing/screaming after wed's prac, then yelling/cheering during house party (inter-OG games!) and last but not least talking/laughing today. And to think i have OG outing tomorrow! Gah havent even looked through my math tutorial lor. (Btw need to rmb to buy GC on monday before math lecture). Haha but i think my OG is very fun! Although we are not as crazy as some other OGs but i think everyone is nice and we do have fun together! <3 Yay am looking forward to seeing them tomorrow. :)

Haha my class is 11S05B. TREE TREE LING IS IN MY CLASS!!!!!!!!! <3<3<3<3<3 Haha i don't really know the rest of my class very well yet but I'm sure i will get to bond with them more soon! Yay to spending the next two years together. :)

Ok basically to conclude about my life... Orientation's been fun. Now it's actually still the "honeymoon period" but real academic life is going to start soon (esp after CNY) so i'd better buck up cos i am still in the holiday mood! Btw my new year resolution of not procrastinating and being more hardworking is TOTALLY not working. Not even the sleeping in class part. Though i have managed to selectively sleep during lectures that weren't very important. NEED TO WORK ON THIS!!!

Good luck to myself for the coming year with the ominous workload. *some handsign that means jiayou* :P
