I was supposed to upload the long overdue june camp photos here...But seems like there's something wrong with blogger I can't upload photos. So well I guess I was try again next time! ><Haha haven't really been blogging (with the exception of the tanbo blog omg). Sleeping pattern is still warped despite school having restarted. But somehow I have managed to be very awake despite sleeping at weird timings and I haven't been falling asleep in school! Uh except for that one time during last block on tue, which was CHEM and we were going through the thick stack of notes. Before I dozed off we were on page 2 and when I came to I was horrified to discover that we were on page 4...so I freaked out and after lesson I asked Trina to lend me her page 3 to copy. Then she told me that Ms Goh skipped page 3 and I felt so -_-. Haha but so annoying that Chem always ends up as last block on long days. Makes me even more prone to falling asleep, which doesnt help the fact that Chem is by far my worst subject...
Last night went shopping with my mum. A lot of the clothes were super small sized. The shop attendant was like: "what size do you wear?" and she felt my waist and went "i think at least M..." then in the end almost couldn't fit into the dress and I nearly couldnt breathe... We saw this VERY adorable dress but when I tried it on it was waaaay too low cut. So sadly we had to give it up. :( The shop attendant (same as the first one) tried to persuade me that it was not really very low cut. But I explained that cos I am kind of short so if whoever standing around looks down he/she can just see like everything. Then she went "You are so guai (meaning conservative), not like Singaporean girls who are very daring...must be cos you haven't stayed here long enough." My mum said "um she's been in Singapore for over 10 years..." and the shop attendant was like "oh haha you are still so guai..." My mum and I were totally -_-.
In the end we bought another dress that wasn't as nice as the first one but still quite nice. :) I am going to wear it today when we go to the phototaking studio today to take a family portrait. Cos my dad just got his PhD! :) Haha I was quite surprised that the dress was so cheap ($29) cos we bought it in Orchard. Even the mini-jacket that we bought to go with it (cos I don't dare to wear sleeveless stuff) was more ex. I think end of year FAM if I am too lazy to buy another dress I may just go with this one. Seems quite ok though it's kind of tight at the waist. But then I have never seen my waist so slim as when I was in it! :P
Haha interestingly this week THE topic of discussion is the scandalous nina. Haha jiayou to koh's 龙王 story as well as keeping nina in the dark!
