Today was like seriously seriously so fun! Trina, Celeste and I planned to spend half a day together and in the end we played for the entire day until 10.30 at night!
Ok the planned part was watching Bolt at GV Bishan. At first on Friday Celeste was sick so we were worried that we won't be able to watch. (And Celeste's next free day is like 23rd of december...) Then we got Trina to do a Plan A/Plan B thingy and she did a super-organised plan can! Luckily Celeste healed in time and we went on with the original plan aka Plan A! We met too early at 10.20 and the cinema place wasn't open yet. The person told us to wait for 10 minutes but we went downstairs to NTUC to buy stuff to smuggle inside and when we went up again it was so so crowded. We thought that we wouldn't get good seats. And yeah we didn't get very good seats, but not very bad either, just erm normal normal...
Bolt is such a FUN movie! I like the cat. And the hamster is SO CUTE!!!!!! And of course Bolt also very cute. But he a bit too politically correct... BEWARE THE GREEN-EYED MAN!!!! Haha! After the movie we wanted to eat lunch so Trina bought Tako Pachi (?) and went with us to the food court. But alas! No seats. So in the end we went Yoshinoya, where we spent one hour and still didn't finish. Celeste was so much worse than me. I only left rice, whereas she left rice plus a large amount of teriyaki chicken and vegetables. She almost didn't eat the seaweed in her soup too but Trina told her to eat it.
Then right we decided to go walking around. We went to BHG (after staring at the list of shops and not finding anything to interest us, ie no toy shops) and marveled at the interesting clothes and attempted to convince Celeste to wear them. At the shoes part there was this salesperson who saw us looking at almost came up to help us. But then he immediately realised that we were just fooling around and backed off. Kind of a queer action, if you actually saw it for yourself. Then we went to the kids section and it was so fun! We saw this bug dress for kiddies! Plus a melon cap. We figured that the cap would probably fit Celeste's head and attempted to put it on her but she refused to bend down to let us fit the cap onto her head. So sad...
Oh then we went to look at the toys! We saw a lot of very fun stuff and most of all we saw the Sylvanian Families set! They only got one set, though. It would be so much more fun if there were more. But then we realised that all of us used to play Sylvanian Families!!!!!!!! And after a bit of discussion we decided to go my house to play Sylvanian Families but before that we went to Trina's house to get her set also! It was quite weird carrying her gigantic box onto the MRT and we were thinking of the terrorists putting weird packages on trains and stuff. But it was quite fun as well, for some unknown reason!
Ah and in my study room Trina's animals met my animals! And they became neighbours in the village that we set up on my study room floor! Trina meticulously packs ALL her animals and furniture into their boxes and fits them into her house's box! Can you imagine? I will never ever have the patience to do that for mine! And anyway the first thing we did after arranging the houses was to let the kids go to school and the adults had a tea party! But we had too many animals so we let the boys porn school and held a class for girls ONLY! We had a lot of fun picking teachers. And somehow they ended up as erm Mr Chia and Miss Goh... Not meaning to be rude, but just cos we were doing lessons like Bio and Chem and er they made the NCC linkage. After that the two of them went crazy and started doing NCC stuff with the animals!!!!!! Unfortunately for them they didn't manage to achieve much except to arrange them in rows and turn their heads a bit. And Celeste invented a method to help the animals do push-ups (but this method has not been tested yet).
At around 5 something i convinced them to stay for dinner so that we could play the Game of Life. After a bit of persuading they both gave in and I told my mum to buy pizza. And we started playing Game of Life. At 7.30 we started eating dinner and watched the movie Clockstoppers showing on channel 5 until 9.30. In the middle we brought the Game of Life over so that we won't have to keep on running over to the dining table everytime the advertisements come out. The movie was quite interesting but we didn't really understand some parts. Maybe cos we got distracted by the Game of Life! And it is really fun playing Game of Life with Trina and Celeste. I think it is impossible to stand playing it through 4 rounds if I had been playing with anyone else! And the first time round Celeste won, then I won the second round. Trina commented maybe she will win the next round. But in the end Celeste won, and I won, again. Trina should seriously exercise more control over her investments. We often ran out of bank loans and had to use the insurance papers to substitute! And there was one game in which she had a negative amount of money even right at the end. -_-
After the 4 rounds of Game of Life plus the movie, we went back to the Sylvanian Families. This time round we really made a village and assigned jobs like teachers (already assigned), florists and after that we also had a restaurant. At first we let the animals all go to sleep but there weren't enough beds so we squeezed a few on one bed and even grabbed sofas and tables too! After we let them wake up we put them into the different houses and then put them to sleep again! It was so cool! We were so sad when Celeste's dad came at 10.30 to pick them up! But we didn't whine and plead for more time like little kiddies but very nicely started packing up immediately. :) IT WAS SO FUN!
Haha Celeste kept saying that she wanted her own Sylvanian Family set, cos her mum gave her old one away. WE SHOULD SO DO IT AGAIN SOMETIME! It felt like we went back to the days when we were still kiddies and didn't grow up to get burdened with schoolwork, exams, PTs and even CCAs. And the movie and wandering around the shopping mall was fun too! It is one of the very few days that I really felt accomplished with play!
And true i only just started work by checking my email and checking the CO attendance for my section. I still have to chase so many people to check attendance for the outing this Friday! Plus almost no one volunteered to bring stuff. -_- After that still got CmPS on Thurs, and school homework (haven't started yet) but first must chiong the medley thing and pass Sarah! Luckily my pipa teacher has gone overseas so I can slack a bit until next year! :)
Oh dear I just ate 3 Ferrero Rochers! My mum asked me to give Trina and Celeste but they forgot to take. So I conveniently ate a lot of it. Must seriously stop. Cos this week i ate A LOT of chocolate and they have been giving me a bit of an acne problem. Ahhhhh!!!!!!!
